Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Warehouse Yard Worker to manage materials, load and unload deliveries, and maintain a safe and organized yard. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with warehouse and site teams.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect construction materials and supplies
- Organize and maintain yard inventory
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other material-handling equipment
- Assist in loading trucks for deliveries to job sites
- Perform regular yard maintenance and ensure a clean, safe workspace
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Support inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies
- Assist with occasional delivery runs when needed
- Comfortable with lifting, sorting and organizing scaffolding components
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a construction yard, warehouse, or similar environment
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of construction materials and tools is a plus

Hourly: $18-$26 per hour
