Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Manager

 

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Manager  who can come onsite in our downtown Toronto office.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a very long-term role.

  • Be responsible for the following: Operations and Strategy, Product Management and Roadmap, Documentation, Stakeholder Training and Support, Automation and Process Efficiency, User Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, and Platform and Integration Management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone that can ensure daily operational stability while aligning efforts with broader strategic initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely data access across all systems.
  • Someone who will analyze current systems, identify gaps, and define the roadmap for future enhancements. Plan, test, and launch new platform features based on business needs and user feedback.
  • Someone that can create and maintain thorough documentation for system features, user workflows, access policies, and operational procedures.
  • Someone who will train and support both internal users and external clients on platform features and updates. Provide responsive assistance for access and system-related issues.
  • Someone that can identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Someone who will oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for internal enterprise resource planning system users and external trading platform clients. Ensure proper access control and compliance with data security protocols.
  • Someone that can use structured query tools (SQL) and data visualization platforms (Tableau) to analyze trends, generate insights, and produce clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Someone who will maintain and enhance the functionality of enterprise and trading platforms. Manage system integrations with banking services and third-party providers.
  • Someone that can collaborate closely with external vendors to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Someone that demonstrates a strong understanding of system development life cycle, databases, application programming interfaces (APIs), and third-party integrations.
